SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For E-Ticket Orders:
Electronic Delivery - You will receive two e-mails following your order. The first e-mail is a confirmation of your order with a description of your purchase. Do not take this confirmation e-mail to the venue, as this is not your ticket. The 2nd e-mail will contain your E-Ticket vouchers as an adobe acrobat document. The e-mail containing your tickets will be sent to the e-mail address you provided at the time of your order within 24 to 48 hours of your order.
For UPS/Shipping Orders:
Orders will be processed 24-48 business hours from the time the order is placed. Orders received on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be processed within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday).
For last-minute orders in Orlando, please call us and we will arrange delivery to your hotel.

Due to our special contracts with the theme parks and other partners to bring you corporate-only products & prices, we are required to adhere to strict refund policies and procedures.
- There are no refunds under any circumstances.
- The shipping option is your choice. We are not responsible for the US Postal Service, Federal Express or United Parcel Service in the event that you do not receive your package prior to your vacation, regardless of the expiration dates.
- Weather, Illness, or any other emergencies do not reflect a change in our no refund - no exchange policy.
- Errors and omissions on behalf of EBG are handled on a case by case basis and may be subject to a 10 % restocking fee.
